Signing Up for a PacketFabric Support Account

To open and track support tickets through the portal at, you will need a user account.


To create an account:


  1. Go to
  2. Under Request New Account, enter your Name and Email.
  3. Check the box for reCAPTCHA and consent to collect information for the support team to communicate.
  4. Select Submit.


You will see an acknowledgment message stating an email was sent to welcome you to your account.


Check your email for a message from [email protected] with the subject New Account Confirmation.


Click the link in the email to activate your account.


Once registered, you may open new support tickets and view any cases you have opened previously.
